We found Rebecca from 2500 miles away, via the web and some phone screens, well ahead of a trip planned to see and (hopefully buy) a property in the Flathead Valley. From the first phone call, Rebecca was quick to understand our situation, respond to questions via email and texts, and keep us abreast of the local real estate market. Often questions were answered with the help of Rebecca’s awe-inspiring rolodex of high-quality and responsive vendors. When we eventually traveled to the region for an intensive house hunting expedition, we were well-prepared and very efficient. At our request, Rebecca seamlessly scheduled several grueling, but ultimately efficient days of house hunting in the area. Rebecca guided is through an offer on a house, keeping us all on the level even through negotiations, contingencies, and delay in closing on the sale of our previous house. Whenever we asked for a recommendation, for an inspector, for example, Rebecca provided three – all of whom (from what we could tell) would have done a great job. As a result of Rebecca’s hard work, hidden by an easy-going and optimistic demeanor, we were able to find and buy just the house we wanted, on an insanely short schedule, all while enjoying the process.

Rebecca did an excellent job of helping us find just the right property for our needs (and wants!) She helped us work through every step of the process from making an offer to the title signing! Her knowledge and expertise of the market in our area enabled us to get a contract accepted quickly. Rebecca was exemplary in her honesty and standards of excellence.
